Boundary

The system only analyzing components and data storage.Boundary act as a system that covered itself for all customers for online booking .They are able to function independently from their own system in their environment. When customers use this software, they are using hardware to give instructions to software. Then, it continued by filled in information and data. Thus, all elements are dependent among them to process the system.

SITUATION:

As for this system,customer can booking the ticket within this system. It will display the form for the customer to fill such as destination and departure time. The customer can also choose the number and categories of passenger. The system also provide the other options that customers can book such as hotel and flight, car retails,hotel and activities. 




Environment

Environment outside the system. Its coordinated assemblage of people, devices or other resources designed to exchange data or knowledge more generally, the external factors surrounding and affecting human life.


SITUATION


Customers were able to book their flight tickets through online websites which is
"https://booking.airasia.com/". Before customers booking the tickets, they need to register with AirAsia recommended.They need to register via email. Customers also can sign up with Facebook or Google account. Company of bank collaborate with AirAsia to make a payment such as Maybank, CIMB and so on.





Input

Input is a data which is embedded in the system by the user for some use. Whenever user enter the data into the computer, it is referred to as input. This can be text type in a word processing document or others. Input can be something as simple as moving mouse or clicking the mouse button or it can be as complex as scanning document or downloading photos from a digital camera.
 
SITUATION :

1.Key in destination , date of depart and return




2.Customers will choose time of depart and return include with the price of tickets (seat , meal , baggage allowance, etc ) . AirAsia also provides booking summary for customers reference .











3. Customers has to fulfill the requirement that AirAsia provide such as gender , name , date of birth and airasia big member id





4. Customers must add-ons their own extra baggage based on the weight. Extra charges apply to oversized and overweight cabin baggage .




5. Customers also can add-ons for meal in flight.




6.  Customers have choices to choose their seat such as hot seat, standard seat and legend. Seat that have provide has different prices.




7. Travel insurance were provided for customers that covered their safety along their travelling.


Output

The output is information that could be in the form of report, document and screen display that provide to the users by the activities within the system. Output also comes in different form like monitor and printer for the visual work and a speaker for the audio. Some output are for the short term like printing but some of them needs to keep records.

SITUATION

1. After sign up, AirAsia will provide fix big member id for customers use via email.





2. Total of payment will display for customers. Customers has choices to pay with credit/debit card , online banking , bigpay and unionPay.




3. Customers booking details that already confirmed will display




4. Customers must fill in their email address and mobile phone number if any changes could happen, AirAsia will inform customers immediately via email or customers contact number.





Components

SITUATION


The processing customer to log in the email and password. When the customer open the portal AirAsia user will click search flight , Then select if customer ticket was going to be return or one way. Select the depart and return dates(or just depart date if customer choose one way).Select the currency that customer would like to pay for flight ticket cost,After that, select the number of adults or kids whom will be travelling together under this ticket.Click the search button.



The screen will now show customer the selected flight details. On the right side,there is a sidebar displaying your booking summary. Customer will need to select the check-box at the bottom to agree customer have read the “Terms & Conditions”.








If anyone in customer travel group requires a wheelchair, select “Yes” otherwise leave it as “No”.





Click “Continue” button.Customer will have to type in contact details, This can be any one of the passengers or someone else who is not passenger(just like emergency) then click next button.





After that, click traveler details.Depending on number of people you selected earlier, there can be forms for guest 1,Guest 2 and so on.Fill in the all the guest details and customer always navigate between them by clicking the tabs. Customer can choose checked in luggage weight or customer can also choose no checked bag option.





For Add on, customer can enjoy the food provided from Air Asia in flight. There are many type provided for customer. So customer can make a choice for there want to eat for their meal.



Customer also have the option to choose in-flight .There was also an option for customer to purchase a travel protection insurance for each traveler.Once customer had completed all the travel details,click continue button.






Customer will had the option to pick a seat.There was costs for selecting seats. Customer can choose not to select and their will be automatically assigned a seat when you check-in.If customer prefer to had seating arrangement for their group travel, customer can click on seats in the seating arrangement image to select them.Once done click confirm button.





Customer will be presented with cost summary and options for customer pay,customer can pay using credit.debit card such ad Mastercard,Visa or so on.




Type in all the required payment details and review the flight booking summary and then click submit payment.Once the payment is successful, customer will get a confirmation and also get a PDF copy of the flight ticket emailed to customer.


Interfaces

The interconnections and the interactions between the sub-system is known as the interfaces.
They may be inputs and outputs of the system.

SITUATION

Customer can use hardware such as laptop,computer or hand phone with internet to access log in into

AirAsia booking ticket flight portal for register membership and for log in to book ticket. Make sure customer use anything hardware and had internet access to log in.

Used for storing,porting and extracting data files and objects.It can hold and store information

both temporarily and can be internal or external to a computer , server or any similar computing device.

SITUATION

Storage a place where all data information such as departure and arrive. The stored for later use customer summary if their forgetting their time of flight. The store for customer can reference before their going to flight and customer also can print the ticket flight to bring a counter before their flight.
